How do you fix an IPTV login that won't work?
Re-enter the details by pasting, not typing; make sure the server includes http:// and the port; remove spaces and automatic capitals; restart the app; and confirm the account is active and not already streaming on all its connections. These steps fix the large majority of login failures.
"Invalid username or password"
- On-screen keyboards and phones often capitalise the first letter or add a trailing space.
- Similar characters get swapped: 0 and O, 1 and l, I and l.
- Copy each field from the welcome email and paste it.
"Server not found" or "connection failed"
- Write the server in full, for example
http://address:port, with the colon and port number. - Don't add a slash or path unless your details include one.
- Check the device has internet by opening another app.
"Account expired" or "maximum connections"
- Expired: the period has ended — renew, or ask support to check the end date.
- Maximum connections: another device is still streaming. Stop it, or wait a minute for the server to release the slot.
Smart TV players with MAC registration
If the playlist doesn't appear, the MAC address or device key was probably entered wrongly on the player's website. Compare it character by character with the TV screen, then use the player's reload option.
MAG boxes
"STB blocked" or "not supported" usually means the MAC hasn't been linked yet or was mistyped. Send a photo of the sticker to support.
Still stuck?
Send IPTV LEVEL UP support your order ID, the device, the player name and a photo of the error on WhatsApp (+13858857120). Please never post your login details publicly.
